Vintage Accommodation

Duncannon provides the perfect accommodation for guests working in Marlborough during the vintage (grape harvest) season. We are able to alter our operations during the vintage season in order to provide guests with suitable sleeping conditions, day and night. Duncannon accommodation enables guests to socialize with workmates and other vintage staff while being large enough for quiet time as well. We have plenty of facilities, which are serviced by our housekeepers daily. You don’t wait for a shower here! Let us look after you this vintage season.

The Duncannon team are on hand to make all of this very easy for you.
At Duncannon we host mostly Vintage staff during the months of March and April so there will be plenty of people to meet and make further travel plans with. Some you may have met before. We will collect you from the Blenheim I-site upon request or recommend a shuttle service that will collect you from the airport. We are able to provide transport to and from work in one of our many vehicles and have a shuttle service that can take you to the supermarket and back. Duncannon also has Wi-Fi throughout the site sold by megabytes. We can recommend sites not to miss while you are in the district. Check out our events calendar displayed in reception so you can plan what you would like to be involved with. Our annual Easter egg hunt has proven to be a season highlight!

The Viticulture Industry

Marlborough is recognized in New Zealand and globally as a world class wine region, with its Sauvignon Blanc wines gaining particular recognition. Duncannon works closely with the viticulture industry to ensure workers are accommodated well and that overseas travelers believe Marlborough to be a destination worth experiencing. Travelers who have worked in the Marlborough district are able to see their efforts in the form of Marlborough wines exported globally.
